Dr. T.S. Santhi is an esteemed academic leader serving as the Principal of the Asan Memorial College of Arts and Science, Chennai. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of commerce and management, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the college’s academic programs, fostering a culture of excellence, and providing guidance to students and faculty. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from a prestigious institution, specializing in the area of Human Resource Management. She has amassed over 30 years of experience in various teaching and various leadership roles.
\nShe has published extensively in prestigious journals, text books, monographs, edited book volumes contributing to the advancement of human resource management theory and practice. Her academic engagement through research paper presentation in national and international conferencesreceives numerous accolades and awards, including the Lion\u2019s Club Award, National Award for Educational Excellence, Best Director Award, Best Achiever\u2019s Award etc.,<\/p>\n
