Students, \u00a0Professors \u00a0and \u00a0volunteers \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0college participated \u00a0enthusiastically and donated\u00a0173\u00a0units of blood to the Indian Red Cross Society, Tamilnadu Branch. This \u00a0camp \u00a0was \u00a0presided \u00a0by \u00a0Dr. S. Ramanathan, Principal, Asan Memorial College, Member- Syndicate, University of Madras.\u00a0 Prof. G. Bhaskaran, coordinator, NSS, RRC, YRC, University of Madras, was the chief guest. Pulavar R.Manikkam, Secretary, Indian\u00a0\u00a0 Red Cross\u00a0 Society, \u00a0Kanchipuram \u00a0District and Dr.R. Chandra, Indian Red Cross Society, gave a speech. The camp was sucessfully organized by Dr. P. Ramesh Kumar, Dr.I.Arulpandi and Dr.Y.
