The cherished goal of these institutions is to equip young students with knowledge & skills in their respective fields. In addition to imparting value-based education with the ability to face the challenges of life, the institutions also instill right attitude, ethics and human values. These institutions endeavor to conserve the rich traditions and culture of this great country by inculcating a sound sense of respect for our heritage
GOVERNANCE THROUGH VISION:
To be a premier management school focusing on excellence with ethics.
GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK:
Our vision drives our activities. It is embedded in the entire process from admission to placement of the students. Our vision is to educate individuals and to make the students intellectually enlightened, professionally capable, morally upright and socially committed.
GOVERNANCE THROUGH MISSION:
The Asan Memorial Institute of Management is an institution committed to working with relentless desire to excel with its roots in ethics. AIM aims to equip young men and women with knowledge and skill. To impart value based education and foster right attitude, good character and human values. To develop the learner’s personality and prepare him / her for the larger world outside. To conserve rich traditions and cultivate respect for our heritage.
The Institute has developed following methods:
a. Weekly meetings amongst Director & faculty to discuss issues of Academics, Administration, feedbacks and suggestions besides reviewing the progress over all points.
b. Meeting of Governing Body & Director once in a fortnight/regular intervals.
c. Direct access of faculty and students to the Director. No timings have been laid down. Thus all problems are attended to with due urgency. Major issues are brought to the notice of Governing body for appropriate decision.
