Asan memorial college of Arts and Science, Jaladampet, Chennai – 600100 celebrated 25th sports day on 12.3.19. Students from various departments participated in sports activities. Our respected chief guest Dr.E Gopalakrishnan, General Secretary, Tamil Nadu Dueball Association distributed the certificates and medals for the prize winners. He delivered the speech on the topic “How to keep our body fit and healthy”. He encouraged the students to participate in various extra-curricular activities. Our principal Dr. S. Ramanathan , Syndicate member of Madras University felicitated the programme. Individual championship for men was bagged by R. MOHAN- 2nd year Computer Science and Individual championship for women was bagged by R. KAVTHA – 2nd year BCA . Shift I – the overall championship was won by the department of B.com (General) by securing 70 points. Shift II- The overall championship was won by the department of BCA by securing 61 points.
