About the Department

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) was established in the year 1999. The programme is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to the University of Madras. The MCA program is a full-time, two-year postgraduate program with four semesters.The main goal is to place a significant emphasis on providing students with a good academic foundation as well as beneficial practical exposure in the relevant areas. In addition to the regular Academic Programme, the department regularly organizes a variety of Seminars, Symposiums, Hackathons, Certificate Courses and Workshops. It attempts to inspire students to improve their Soft Skills, Personality Development and Software Development Skills.
